Here is exactly what happened in 3 hours, and why it worked.
Nobody came in with a "personal brand." Some did not even know what they wanted to say. But by the end of the day, every single person had a live website that reflected who they are and what they do. This is what we built, and how.
The problem most people face is a lack of how to position their brand.
They overthink the story. They second-guess the niche. They freeze before writing a single line. We solved that with one tool: a custom prompt library app.
Each participant got access to a structured prompt library built specifically to guide them from "I don't know who I am online" to a clear, positioned brand statement. Think of it as a GPS for your identity. Not a template. A thinking path.
But prompts alone do not work if you cannot filter the output.
So the second piece was teaching people how to read AI responses critically: identify what resonates, kill what does not, and iterate fast. Signal over noise. Every time.
A few examples from Saturday:
Restaurant consultant: Turned decades of F&B expertise into a focused advisory brand.
Travel advisory and booking agency: Packaged a passion for travel into a curated service brand.
Executive coach: Gave language to years of leadership experience, clearly and confidently.
Expertise they undersold. Stories they had not told. Audiences they had not reached.
The prompt library surfaced all of it. The website made it real.
Clarity is a product. When you give people the right questions to answer, in the right order, the brand builds itself. AI does not replace your voice. It helps you find it, faster.
If you are sitting on expertise but have not packaged it yet, you do not have a branding problem. You have a starting-point problem.
The right structured approach and prompt library is that starting point.
