Kidai ("we", "us", "our") provides AI strategy consulting and Website-as-a-Service ("WaaS") services to businesses in Dubai and the UAE, through kimdavidai.com and its subpages, including kimdavidai.com/waas (together, the "Site"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Site, why we collect it, and the choices you have — in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
Information you give us directly — when you submit a contact form, book a call, or message us, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically — when you browse the Site, our technology may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, links you click, your device and browser type, a general (non-precise) location derived from your IP address, and how you found the Site.

When you first visit the Site, you can Accept or Reject non-essential cookies. If you accept, analytics and advertising cookies are activated as described above. Under the UAE PDPL, we process personal data based on your consent and, where applicable, other lawful grounds recognised by the law, always applying the principles of purpose limitation, data minimisation, and transparency.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted technology providers who help us run the Site, communicate with you, process payments, and — where you have consented — measure and improve our marketing. These providers are only permitted to use your data to perform services on our behalf.
Our technology may store or process data on secure servers located in different countries, which may include locations outside the UAE or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, consistent with the GDPR and the UAE PDPL.
We keep personal data for no longer than 12 months from the date it was collected, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements. For example, contact form submissions and analytics data are retained for up to one year and are then deleted or anonymised.
